The
Route
For those of
you curious to know more, here's the route. It took in the furthest
points of East, North, West, and South along the way: Birr Point, Malin
Head, Slea Head, and Baltimore, respectively. Those amongst you with
knowledge of Ireland's west coast (or particularly eagle eyes) will
work out that this mapping tool that I used to get the image doesn't
know about the Killimer - Tarbert ferry across the Shannon, which I
used, of course - I didn't unnecessary miles to go via Limerick!

was subject to adjustment along the way, but this was the originally
